Founder, President and CEO
John has a background in International Business from Seneca College and York University in Toronto. He is the driving force behind the company’s innovative products and services. If you need something accomplished, John is the person you want to approach. Moreover, he has a fondness for sponge toffee, which shows his sweet side.

Frank Borges

Founder and Vice President

Driven by his client’s needs, Frank remains focused on innovation and leading the shelf signage industry. With three decades of retail experience, his unwavering passion has allowed him to establish trusted connections with some of the world’s largest retailers. During his casual time you might find him improving his swing on the golf course.

The founding vision: To meet the needs of customers for sustainable shelf signage and clear packaging of the highest quality at a competitive price.

1997

Dana Industries grows organically as the company’s reputation for quality products drives sales throughout North America and beyond.

1997

Dana Industries grows through the acquisition: Progress Smelting, Clearview Printing, and Sun Moon Printing.

1998

The success of the Dana shelf talker™ cements Dana’s reputation as the “Home of the world’s best-engineered shelf talkers”.

1999

Dana gains global recognition that drives expansion and growth in North America, Asia, and Europe.

2000

High demand for Dana products leads to opening facilities in Singapore, China, Germany, and the United States, along with continued expansion in Canada.

2023

Established an exclusive partnership with Bruegmann to become the sole distributor of merchandising pushers and rollers in Canada.

2024

Dana continues to patent key products such as the clipless warehouse blade, ESL pinch, push, and slide™ shelf talker and iQ shelf talker™.
